We set up a 4 hour workshop with your key process owners and stakeholders. This is a paid service to create a detailed deliverables plan with a cost estimate. If you are satisfied with the plan we continue to step three.

The plan is executed according to the discussed parameters with an agile mindset. Change is the name of the game, as is flexibility. This work will be a partnership where I take care of the heavy lifting and your time is dedicated to deliverables validation.
